                           Purchase of Own Securities


On 24th November 2006 Colefax Group plc bought for cancellation a total of
245,000 shares of 10 pence each (representing 1.47 per cent of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company) at a price of £2.025 per share.


Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 16,469,000 shares in
issue.
