                                 Trading Update


The board of Colefax Group Plc (the ' Company') is pleased to announce that,
following a strong last quarter's sales, it expects to be able to report results
for the year ending 30 April 2007 significantly above its original estimates.
For the year ended 30 April 2007 pre-tax profits are expected to be not less
than £5.8 million.
