Investment Management Limited that Hunter Hall Value Growth Trust, Hunter Hall
Global Ethical Trust, Hunter Hall International Ethical Fund and Hunter Hall
Global Value Limited are interested in 1,990,000 ordinary shares of 10p each,
representing approximately 12.96 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
