Purchase of Own Securities



On 18 September 2009 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 17,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 0.12% of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital
of, the Company at a price 0f 109 pence per share.


Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 14,792,500 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary
Share carrying the right to one vote.
