Purchase of Own Securities

On 29 January 2010 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 17,595 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing
approximately 0.12 per cent. of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 115.25p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 14,774,905 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to
one vote.
